Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are handled for all courses and workshops offered by Skills Enhanced.

Enrolment confirmation

A seat in any course or workshop is confirmed only after successful payment of the applicable fees.

Cancellation before course commencement

Skills Enhanced does not offer any refunds for cancellations made before the start of the course.

Cancellation after course commencement

Once a participant attends even one session, the course becomes completely non-refundable.

Batch transfer instead of refund

  • Participants are allowed to transfer to another batch instead of requesting a refund, subject to seat availability.
  • No transfer fee is charged. Transfers are allowed only once per enrolment.

Missed sessions & rescheduling

  • Missed classes cannot be rescheduled.
  • Session recordings and study materials will be shared wherever applicable to accommodate missed sessions.
  • No refunds will be provided for missed classes.

Demo classes

Skills Enhanced does not provide demo classes.

One-to-one sessions

One-to-one session cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and communicated at the time of booking.

Cancellation from our side

If any session is cancelled by the trainer or Skills Enhanced, the class will be rescheduled to a future date suitable for all parties.

Corporate and customised programs

Refunds or cancellations are not applicable for corporate or customised training programs. No partial refunds are provided for such programs.
