Skills Enhanced provides communication skills training, public speaking programs, spoken English classes, interview preparation coaching, storytelling programs for children, and professional development workshops, both online and offline.
Enrolment & payment
All course enrolments are confirmed only after successful payment. Fees once paid are subject to the Refund and Cancellation Policy published on our website.
User responsibilities
Participants are expected to:
- Attend sessions regularly and punctually
- Maintain respectful behaviour towards trainers and fellow learners
- Refrain from any form of harassment or misconduct
- Use course materials only for personal learning
Intellectual property
All course content, materials, videos, recordings, and resources provided by Skills Enhanced are the intellectual property of Skills Enhanced and may not be copied, shared, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.
Session recordings
Certain sessions may be recorded for internal training or learning purposes. By enrolling, you grant Skills Enhanced permission to use session recordings for academic and quality improvement purposes.
Limitation of liability
Skills Enhanced shall not be held responsible for any personal or professional losses arising from participation in our programs. Outcomes may vary based on individual effort and participation.
Modifications to services
Skills Enhanced reserves the right to modify schedules, trainers, or program structure when necessary while maintaining the overall quality and objectives of the course.
Termination of access
We reserve the right to deny or terminate access to any participant in case of misconduct, violation of these terms, or disruptive behaviour without refund.
Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bengaluru courts.
